What is the purpose of a VIP Manager?
The VIP manager’s job is to ensure that member’s requests are promptly settled and they also have the power to issue special bonuses to VIP players.
Terms & Conditions
Sanado Club VIP Program - Terms & Conditions
- The VIP Club program is exclusively for registered members of Sanado Club.
- Privileges earned are non-transferable between members.
- Members found engaging in multi-accounting or collusion to abuse VIP Club rewards will have their VIP status revoked, and all benefits confiscated.
- Withdrawals for all rebates are subject to a 1x turnover requirement across all our products:
- Sportsbook Rebate: Bets with odds below 1.70 will not count towards turnover.
- Live Casino Rebate: Only bets with a win/loss outcome in any Live Casino product will count towards valid turnover. Cancelled or voided bets, as well as bets placed on both sides of an event, will not be considered valid for turnover requirements.
Anniversary & Birthday Bonus
- Members must have actively deposited for at least two months before their Birthday/Anniversary month.
- The Birthday Bonus will be issued during the member's registered birth month. A valid identification card showing the same birth month as in the registration is required for verification.
- Withdrawals for Anniversary and Birthday Bonuses are permitted only after meeting a 3x turnover requirement.
- Advance claims for Birthday or Anniversary bonuses are not allowed.
- Members must have a minimum accumulated deposit of $1,000 during their Birthday/Anniversary month to be eligible.
Additional VIP Benefits
- "Special Prizes" such as event tickets or signed football jerseys may be awarded at the discretion of our VIP Team.
- Weekly Rescue Bonus: Credited every Monday.
- VIP Levels: Determined based on the member’s total deposits for the month. If a member fails to meet the monthly deposit requirement for two consecutive months, their VIP level will be downgraded.
- Blackjack Turnover Rebates: Rebates for turnover generated from Blackjack will be halved compared to other games.
- Daily Rebates: Paid out every 6:00am (system generated) based on turnover from the previous day (00:00 to 23:59).
- Monthly Free Movie Tickets: Issued to VIP members on special occasions at the discretion of our VIP managers.
General Terms
- Sanado Club reserves the right to amend the VIP Club rules at any time without prior notice.
- All general terms & conditions of Sanado Club apply.
- Bonuses, rebates, and privileges cannot be transferred to another member.
- A 1x turnover requirement applies to all VIP bonuses and rebates before withdrawals are permitted.
- If a member is found abusing or attempting to abuse VIP privileges, Sanado Club reserves the right to revoke VIP status and privileges at any time without notice.
